Fee Structure
Clear expectations regarding costs are vital. I utilize an hourly rate and retainer agreements are tailored to the scope of your case. On a rare occasion, I am open to negotiating a flat fee for a very limited legal task. All fee arrangements are documented in a legal services contract prior to work.
I offer complimentary initial consultations lasting up to 30 minutes via phone or video conference. This is for new clients only and does not include preparation or review of legal documents. Ethically, I must perform a conflict check so please be prepared to provide your contact information and the other party's/ person's full name.
What to Expect
After our initial consultation, our first hour together is discounted at 50% of my standard rate. This includes the first hour I spend on your case after you formally hire me and it also includes a follow-up consultation or an in-person consultation.
